The Puck Drop by Jaqueline Snowe

After reading Holdout in the Moo U World of True North series, Jaqueline Snowe had my attention. So much so that I was dying for Michael’s story next, The Puck Drop, even though the name Michael makes me cringe. So much so that I signed up for her arc team. So much so I signed up for the arc for this book before seeing the cover (I’m cover judgy). So much so that I read this book even though the cover makes me blush 😳. And I loved the book so much that I gave it 5 stars and I’m posing with it!

People are so judgy about romance readers but in the words of the wise @katherinecenter “it’s okay to love love stories” and “Read For Joy” bitches. Ok I added the bitches part but it seemed fitting in the moment. So I read romance to find a little joy everyday, to escape this insane pandemic for even a few minutes, to remember there is good in the world, and because I love love stories!

Anyway in case you’re still reading (thanks for that by the way) Michael and Naomi!!! Reiner and Fletch!!! 🤩🤩🤩 friends to lovers, forbidden-ish romance, hockey romance, happily ever after, all the stars, all the hearts!
