Can we just talk about how worried I get reading new to me authors? And also how Jaqueline Snowe and Rebecca Jenshak made me so glad I put on my big girl pants and tried these World of True North- Moo U books!

Hockey star Jonah is sort of a recluse and super intense. Ryann gets him somehow and sees the real him underneath the perceived grumpiness. His hard shell is just a wall he built and without meaning to his wall crumbles when Ryann is around. Ryann is also focused and needs someone in her life who understands her drive. They are truly perfect for each other and I cannot stop rereading and relistening to this one!
Slapshot:
Kaitlyn has had a really rough go recently but shes pushes on and stumbles into a job that is sort of perfect for her even though it takes her awhile to realize. It puts her in Lex’s path over and over again. Lex is endearing and I love that he loves Kaitlyn. He’s good for her but she’s a little prickly. He has to he patient and let her work through her schtuff first. Such a cute book. Highly recommended.
